Venue rental prices vary based on season, day of the week and number of guests. Please call for pricing. 

The venue offers three event spaces. 

The Herring House: The historic home is all things elegant. Soaring columns on the vast wrap around porch, a grand entry hall and staircase, the music room, parlor, and formal dining room are available for you and your guests to enjoy. 

The Pine Grove Chapel: ***Coming Soon*** Exchange your vows under the canopy of our majestic Long Leaf Pines. Your guests will be enchanted by the church pews and ceremony arch nestled in this natural setting. 

The Gazebo and Lawn: The spacious gazebo at 24'x34' is large enough for a dance floor! The Gazebo opens out on to an expansive 1/4-acre lawn, perfect for a large reception with plenty of space for your guests to mingle and celebrate your day! 

 Venue Only: $2,000

• Use of Gazebo and lawn. 10:00am-11pm on the day of your event. This time includes your set up and clean up.

Southern Charm Package: $3,200

• Exclusive use of Two event spaces from 10:00am to 11:00pm on the day of your wedding

• One hour wedding rehearsal the week of your event

• Use of property for 2-hour engagement or bridal photography session

• Use of Bridal Suite

• Use of tables and chairs for up to 80 guests, set up and breakdown included

Magnolia Package: $4,500

• Exclusive use of ALL Three event spaces from 10:00am to 11:00pm on the day of your wedding

• One hour wedding rehearsal the week of your event

• Use of property for 2 hour engagement or bridal photography session

• Use of Bridal Suite

• Use of tables and chairs for up to 80 guests, set up and breakdown included

• Pinegrove Chapel set up and clean up 

Elopement Package: $950 

• Monday through Thursday dates available

• Up to 20 guests

• Exclusive use of property 10:00am to 2:00pm or 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Extended Access: $500 

Extended access allows you to drop off decor and some items the day before your ceremony by appointment and based on availability. A member of your party must be present to receive and sign for any vendor deliveries.
