Host your Shower in the elegance of this 1916 Historic Home. 

Let us do the work! The house is beautifully decorated. Most guests only bring a floral centerpiece and photos to display. Our furniture is lovely wood, not plastic folding tables, although we have those too for outdoor events. Clean up is a breeze. We only require you to take what you brought with you. We clean and sanitize tables and floors after you leave. At Herring House, YOU get to enjoy your event. 

• Our Morning Fete offers venue access from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with guest celebration from 10:00-12:00 

• Our Afternoon Soiree offers venue access from 2:00 PM 6:00 PM, with guest celebration from 3:00-5:00. 

• Venue access time includes vendor arrival, host set up, guest celebration, and departure. All decor removal and personal belongings must be completed within the reserved window. 

• Our rental fee is $400.00 for up to 40 guests. 

• Tables and chairs are included with your rental, and we have a few different options available. Linens are not included but available to rent.

• We do not cater. You can hire a caterer of your choice or bring in your own refreshments. We can recommend a few caterers that we love if you would like. 

• We do not have an ABC license. If you choose to serve alcohol, you must obtain a one-day event permit from the state. It is available online. 

• We are available for events Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. We are happy to schedule a tour for you to come see the space and chat about your event.
