Special Events

We are available for events Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. 

We charge $100/hour for up to 50 guests, $150/hour for up to 100 guests. We require a 4 hour minimum rental. Your rental time will include your setup and clean up time.

Tables and chairs are included with your rental and we have a few different options available. Linens are not included. The base rental fee includes one space, either the House and porch or Gazebo and lawn for your event. If you choose to use both spaces we charge an additional $100 flat fee for set up/clean up of that area.

We do not cater. You can hire a caterer of your choice or bring in your own food. We can recommend a few caterers that we love if you would like. 

We do not have an ABC license. If you choose to serve alcohol, you must obtain a one-day event permit from the state. I think it is about $50 and available online.
